With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, leading significant projects as well as teams, Jen began to observe common challenges that impact leaders, her colleagues, and direct reports. These challenges would often lead to frustration, self-doubt, and burnout including:
— Feeling stuck in decision-making and lacking in being bold
— Struggling with self-confidence and procrastination (indicative of Imposter Syndrome)
— Difficulty balancing work with social connections, mental health, physical well-being, and time management
Recognizing the importance of embracing one’s natural talents and leveraging them authentically, Jen has transitioned to being a solopreneur. Under her new company, New Day Coaching & Consulting, she offers coaching services to leaders and teams, as well as offers strategic HR solutions that drive business success. By integrating her extensive experience with certifications in Coaching, CliftonStrengths, Imposter Syndrome, and Red Team Coaching, she is equipped to support individuals and teams with the tools needed to enhance engagement and business outcomes.
